If you are planning to sell your home or are in the process of selling your home, by law, you must notify the Homeowners' Association and obtain a Transfer Certificate for the new owners. All buyers have five days to review the covenants and must sign documents acknowledging the Homeowners' Association and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R's) that apply to the development. If you need additional information on this matter, feel free to contact a member of the HOA Board of Directors or your Realtor.
