Tanglewood is located just .4 miles North of HWY 287 on HWY 157 (Cooper Rd.) in Mansfield Texas which was recently ranked 24th in best places to live by Money Magazine. Our children attend Mansfield ISD Schools. Tanglewood is located just 20 minutes South of the Fort Worth downtown district and only 35 minutes from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport.

The Tanglewood at Mansfield Homeowners Association was established on December 2, 1999. The subdivision consists of 229 single family homes. The Tanglewood HOA is committed to the overall happiness of the homeowners it serves.

The Board of Directors are an elected and dedicated group of individuals who oversee the best interests of the homeowners and follow the By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants Conditions & Restrictions and the City of Mansfield that have been established. The Architectural Control Committee has been appointed by the Board of Directors to oversee the aesthetic harmony as described. Exterior modifications require an ACC Request. The ACC has created the ACC Guidelines to assist the homeowners with commonly asked questions.

The Neighborhood Watch committee works very hard to make their presence known. This group of dedicated individuals spend numerous hours watching over the neighborhood and contacting the Mansfield Police Department if necessary.

The Social Committee thinks of everyone when planning for special events. All holidays and the annual National Night Out are memorable events. Special thanks to all on the Social Committee for making sure we all get to know our neighbors.
